Task Force for Global Health

Dr. Victor Eboh is a medical epidemiologist with the Task Force for Global Health’s Polio Eradication Surge Capacity. Over the past fifteen years, he has worked in primary health care, global public health, and humanitarian response. Dr. Eboh has supported capacity building and provided frontline care to conflict-affected populations and outbreak responses, including the West Africa Ebola Outbreak of 2014-2016.
Since joining the Polio Surge Team at the Task Force in 2019, Dr. Eboh has played a critical role in supporting polio outbreak response activities in countries experiencing outbreaks of circulating vaccine-derived polioviruses and wild polioviruses. This work includes house-to-house polio vaccination and strengthening acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) surveillance activities in partnership with Ministries of Health and Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) partners. Dr. Eboh is committed to supporting government-led, optimal health care delivery for all through evidence-based and locally contextualized solutions.
