Our program this week: Changing of the Guard
The “Changing of the Guard” ceremony in Rotary is a meaningful tradition that symbolizes the transfer of leadership from outgoing to incoming club officers, particularly the club president. This ritual embodies Rotary’s commitment to continuity, service, and fresh energy in advancing the organization’s mission.
It represents passing the torch—a gesture of gratitude for the outgoing leaders’ service and encouragement for the new leaders to bring their vision forward.
Weekly luncheon meetings begin at 12:15 pm
on Fridays unless otherwise noted.
