SPEAKER: Andrea Arnold | City Manager, City of Decatur
Andrea Arnold has served as the City Manager of Decatur since 2019, and has worked for the city since 1997. She began as an assistant to the City Manager, became the director of Administrative Services in 1999, and was appointed as Assistant City Manager in 2004. She received a BA in political science/urban studies from Furman University and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Georgia. As City Manager, she supervises and manages the daily operations of the city and is responsible for short-term and long-term strategic planning as well.
